Vertex Standard EVX-539 UHF Digital Two Way Radio

The EVX-539 is a digital two way radio from Vertex Standard. IP57 Ingres protection means that the radio has a limited protection against dust, but is safeguarded against immersion in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. Built to MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G the EVX-539 is rugged and reliable, put through various tests in differing working environments to ensure the highest degree of reliability. 

Coming as standard with a FNB-V133LI-UNI 1380mAh Li-Ion battery, this will allow for the EVX-549 to operate for 10 hours whilst in digital mode, should a longer life span be required a larger 2300mAh battery is available for purchase. A full dot matrix display is present on the front panel of the radio, this alongside a full alphanumeric keypad. 9 programmable buttons allow for customization to the users needs, ideal should you be in a dangerous working environment where an emergency function for your radio is a necessity.
The EVX-539 has an internal VOX Voice Activation function, this allows for hands free use of the radio should it be needed in the working environment. A Lone Worker alert monitors the EVX-539s activity levels, whereby if the radio is inactive for a pre-set period of time then an alert is sent to other radios within the said radios group. Key lock avoids accidental function presses from the radio, this can be done by the user or be programmed to activate after a pre-set period of time.
